4 STEPS TO GET ON THE BOARD
1. Start accelerating the board while lying on the stomach. Try some turns and feel how the board reacts. Keep riding like this until you feel comfortable with the planing speed |
2. Once you are comfortable with the speed, sit up on your knees. |
3. When you are gliding at stable speed, move one leg onto the board (back or front, de- pending on what feels more natural). |
4. With a smooth motion, straighten up and stand. |
Falling safely |
If/when you fall, simply climb back onto the board from the back, reconnect the Power key to the Battery and try again. Practice makes perfect, so don’t give up and remember; the pro’s have fallen most of all!
- Attach the Power Key Leash to your impact vest or elsewhere on your body to ensure that the board stops moving if/when you fall off.
- While riding, keep clear of shallows, rocks and debris to avoid get- ting hurt if/when falling of.
- Re-activate the battery once you’re back on the board.
> Beware of the jet propulsion system. Never attempt to remove anything from the jet while the battery is activated. > Always keep the Controller strap firmly attached to your wrist while riding. > Always wear an impact vest while riding to ensure bouyancy and protection. > Activate Throttle lock feature in the App when using the Competition Power Key to avoid unintended acceleration if you are not on the board. |
